TARGET AUDIENCE
The intended audience for this course is physicians involved in the diagnosis and treatment of women with breast cancer: primary care physicians, radiologists, pathologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, gynecologists and any other physicians interested in the topic.
OBJECTIVES
- Promote scientific exchange among all the professionals involved in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of the patient with breast cancer.
- Define scientifically proved current optimal management of breast cancer.
- Present the latest advances in this field and the current status of the various controversies related to breast cancer.
- Define the role of the various members of the medical team in the management of breast cancer patient; this includes latest information in basic science, diagnostic tools, therapeutic methods, and rehabilitation aspects in breast cancer.
